Dr. Mala Kharkar
Dr. Mala Kharkar is among the most scholarly intellectual personality having a Masters of Business Administration in I.T. Also, she has acquired a Masters and a Doctorate in Statistics. She has a rich industry experience of 10 years in California, USA. Since 18 years, she is associated with the college who looks into all matters operational and administrative and believes in enhancing the quality at Patkar Varde College with her persistence and enthusiasm.
Dr. Chef Amol Rawool
Dr. Chef Amol is a P.Hd holder and hospitality graduate holding an M.Sc in Tourism & Hospitality Management. He has a long and rich experience of training young hoteliers in food production and related trade skills. He has previously worked at Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, part of the Raheja Hospitality empire in Mumbai, had his Chef Training from J.W. Marriott Juhu while getting his Italian Specialization from Pan India Food Solutions. He is an integral part of Partkar Hospitality intellectual resources since inception.
Mr. Noel Fernandes
He has done his MSc tourism and hospitality management and also a graduate in Bsc.hotel management and catering operation. He has also cleared his level 1 exam in wines from WSET London. He holds a good Industrial experience of 4 years in the field of Food and Beverage of having worked with hotels like Four seasons , Sea Princess & The Lalit. He started his teaching career in 2015 as a faculty in Food and Beverage. Has worked for 3 1/2 years in Atharva College of Hotel Management.
Mr. Osden Ferreira
An M.Sc. in Tourism Hospitality Management (MKU) and a Diploma in HMCT (MSBTE), Osden has an industrial exposure of 8 years with prestigious hospitality ventures of Raheja’s, Oberoi’s and the CCI. A veteran educator with an experience of 10 years spanning most subjects in the field of Hospitality & Management, Osden brings in intricate knowledge of the industry as well as the workings of the University. He has been an active member for syllabus planning and exam paper corrections which help Chikitsak conduct itself well as the examination center and be abreast of all University affairs.
Ms. Maria Josephine D’Souza
Currently handling the Training and Placement at Patkar-Varde College. She has completed her graduation with a Double major in finance and Human Resources Management and Masters in Tourism and Travel Management from Mumbai University. Her excellent communication prowess is a boon for the students. She is very tech savvy and is able to guide students with the latest trends and techniques required in the industry.
Ms. Mubeen Shaikh
With over 13 years of teaching experience Ms Mubeen Shaikh has completed her Bsc in hotel and tourism management from Anjuman i Islam , with due course completed her Msc from Madhurai Kamraj , further has also completed her post graduation Diploma in Human resources management from Welingers Have worked for good brands and colleges in mumbai. Her subject specialization includes Room division Management along with management Subjects . Has also worked as training and placement officer for 6 years and has conducted many personality development and enhancement seminars for students. She has recently written her research paper on humanitarian which shall soon be published.
Mr. Roshan Mohanty
Mr. Roshan is a graduate in Hospitality Studies and Catering Services from Anjuman I Islam's Institute of Hospitality management. He has also done his PGd in Aviation and Travel Management. He started his career as a Store Manager at Dominos. Currently he has joined Patkar Varde College as a lecturer in the department of management studies and simultaneously he is also taking care of the Training and Placement of the students. & simultaneously he is pursuing his Msc in hospitality studies.
Mr. Chewang Rickzing Yolmo
Mr Chewang Rickzing Yolmo from Darjeeling, has completed his Business Studies from the Institute of Chartered Finance and Analysis of India University Sikkim. With immense passion and love for hospitality Industry he managed to move to Mumbai and secured job with the Marriotts. After spending an ample time with Marriott in the Front Office department as a supervisor he has gained tremendous knowledge in the field.
Chef Suraj Rikhra
Chef Suraj Rikhra is a Hospitality graduate, holding M.Sc in Hospitality and Tourism Administration. He has worked in many reputed hotels such as Sarovar’s Grand Hometel, 711 Hotels, clubs & Resorts, etc. Currently he has joined Patkar Varde College as a Lecturer in the department of Food Production and Patisserie with the desire to spread his knowledge with future generations.
Chef Curie Fernandes
Chef Curie Fernandes- having more than 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and Academia, has obtained her Master's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Science as well as done the Hotel Administration and Food Technology course from Sophia Polytechnic. She has a rich experience in Academics,as she has worked with colleges such as St.Andrew's and Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management. She is known for teaching the students with great devotion, being constantly passionate about educating them and taking great pleasure in inspiring the future stars of the Hospitality Industry.
Chef Shashank Ambre
Chef Shashank is a hospitality graduate holding an M.T.T.M. He has a long and rich experience of bakery and pastry He has worked at the Ramada hotel at Mumbai. He started his career in the Hospitality industry in last 6 year and has worked with the Hotels like J.W.Marriott, HOLIDAY INN (Sakinaka international airport) as CDP Also worked in U.S.A.(Carnival curise line) as commie-1 Specialist in chocolate and chocolate work, garnishing, Bakery & Pastry
Mr. Devansh Desai
Mr. Devansh Desai has done his masters in Travel Tourism and is a Mumbai University Graduate specializing in Accommodation Management. Has 10+ years of experience in hospitality industry both in hotel as well as teaching. He is a great counselor and is very friendly and approachable by the students.
Chef Asmita Kanade
Chef Asmita Kanade is an exceptionally gifted Baker with over around 10+ years experience in large scale production of bakery goods and in the teaching profession. She has completed her bacherlors degree from Mumbai University and Masters from Patkar-Varde College.
Chef Riddhi Shivtarkar
Chef Riddhi Shivtarkar is a Culinary Specialist and Hospitality Graduate holding a B.Sc of Hospitality and catering. She has Excellent professional experience of Moulding The students and to show them their path. She completed her training At The Oberoi Mumbai. Apart from that She worked in the U.S.A At The Pfister Hotel, Wisconsin ave as a Culinary Administrative.
