in Hotel and Tourism Management. He has worked with various domestic & international brands
like ITC Maratha, Sarovar hotels, Carnival Cruises and in a contemporary Indian restaurant in
the USA. He has more than 3 years of teaching & mentoring experience. He is passionate about
guiding students to achieve culinary expertise.
