Chef Curie Fernandes- having more than 13 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and Academia, has obtained her Master’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Science as well as done the Hotel Administration and Food Technology course from Sophia Polytechnic.
She has a rich experience in Academics,as she has worked with colleges such as St.Andrew’s and Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management.
She is known for teaching the students with great devotion, being constantly passionate about educating them and taking great pleasure in inspiring the future stars of the Hospitality Industry.
