Chef Mohammed Rehan Shaikh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality management and currently is pursuing his MSc In Tourism and Hospitality Management. He got trained from the St Regis Hotel, Mumbai and has more than a year’s experience working as a Chef and lecturer. He has very good experience and knowledge of Food production and patisserie and related trade skill, which he imparts generously to students.
